• Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone reservations.
•  Registration must be done filling the Registration & Accommodation form. One form per person.
•  All payments must be made in Euros (€).No confirmation will be sent until GRUPO PACÍFICO has received the full payment.
•  Grupo Pacífico has block-booked some rooms and advises all participants to send their reservations as soon as posible to guarantee accommodation (before June 15th, 2011). Rooms will be assigned on a first come first-served basis.
•  Hotel reservations & prices are limited to the Congress dates (arrival 3 and departure 7 July 2011). For extra nights, please contact Grupo Pacífico.
•  Once GRUPO PACÍFICO checks the accepted payments have arrived, the participant receives the confirmation voucher. Please, check carefully this confirmation voucher. In case the selected hotel is fully booked, Grupo Pacífico will book a room in an available similar hotel.

•  Cancellations received before May 3rd, 2011: all amount will be refunded except 50€ as cancellation expenses
• Cancellations received between May 3^rd and June 3rd, 2011: 70% refund
• Cancellations received after June 3rd, 2011: no refund
