• Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone reservations.
• Registration must be done filling the Registration & Accommodation form. One form per person.
• All payments must be made in Euros (€).No confirmation will be sent until GRUPO PACÍFICO has received the full payment.
• Grupo Pacífico has block-booked some rooms and advises all participants to send their reservations as soon as posible to guarantee accommodation (before June 15th, 2010).
• Rooms will be assigned on a first come first-served basis.
• Hotel reservations & prices are limited to the Congress dates (arrival 3 and departure 7 July 2011. For extra nights, please contact Grupo Pacífico.

• All cancellations must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing (fax or e-mail).
• Any change of name will be dealt with as a cancellation and a new booking.
• Cancellations until May 1st ,2011: full refund less 50 € for administrative costs.
• Cancellations between May 2nd and June 2nd, 2011: full refund less one night deposit.
• No refund will be made for cancellations received from June 3rd, 2011 or confirmed rooms for participants who fail to attend.

Reimbursements of cancelled services will be done from July 20th, 2011.
